October: Pyramid Pinnicles

A cottonwood tree frames the Pyramid Lake Pinnicles on a bright October morning from Poison Creek with once provided the water for the first settlement known as Sutcliffe. This settlement was later moved south to its present site at the bottom of Hardscrabble Creek.
